We always have our best practices when I focus on ONE thing.
It goes like this:
Before going out to practice, if I’m able to articulate ONE thing I’d like to see improved that day…
It narrows my focus, allows me to emphasize what’s important…
And we usually end up having a great practice.
The next time you have a practice, meeting, or offseason workout…
Try to verbalize ONE thing you’d like to see improved that day.
You’ll be amazed at how much you accomplish.
